​All expert witness services are non-clinical, non-patient-facing, and performed independently of any treating institution.

Services do not involve medical treatment, patient care, or clinical decision-making 3. Engagements are unrelated to and independent from any hospital, academic, or clinical employer Expert witness services are available to both plaintiff and defense.

Engagements are subject to a formal expert witness agreement. Rates, availability, and fee schedules are provided upon request.
