Ganry Craniomaxillofacial Consulting Group LLC (“Company”) provides professional consulting, advisory, educational, and expert opinion services in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery, head & neck surgery, and facial reconstructive surgery.
All services are provided solely for informational, educational, and professional consulting purposes.
2. No Medical Care or Treatment:
The services provided by the Company do not constitute medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or telemedicine services.

No prescriptions are written.

No treatment plans are established.
Clients are solely responsible for seeking care from their own licensed healthcare providers for any medical conditions or decisions.
3. Non-Clinical Consulting Only:
Any discussions, opinions, or written materials provided are non-clinical and based on professional experience, general medical knowledge, and publicly available information.
The Company does not replace, override, or interfere with the role of a treating physician, surgeon, or healthcare team.
4. Client Responsibility:
Clients acknowledge and agree that:

Any actions taken based on consulting services are done at the client’s own discretion and risk.
5. No Guarantees:
The Company makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, interpretations, or results derived from consulting services.
6. Payments and Refunds:

All fees are charged for professional time and expertise.

Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued solely at the Company’s discretion.
7. Confidentiality:
The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality of information shared during consultations. However, clients should avoid sharing protected health information (PHI) unless explicitly required and agreed upon in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ganry Craniomaxillofacial Consulting Group LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of its services.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Acceptance of Terms:
By booking, purchasing, or using any services provided by the Company, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
